Candle Care

For the best burn experience, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.

Do not burn your candle for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time. Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.

Product Issues

If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so our team can review your request.

Safety Reminder

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from anything that can catch fire, and discontinue use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
