Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • UPS
  • Canada Post

Shipping carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and the most efficient delivery option available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Valaire Candles is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, incorrect delivery, weather disruptions, or other issues beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.

All other sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Return Request Deadline

Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Damage or Error

To process a return, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, or the incorrect item received

Return Authorization

Do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization instructions.

Refunds and Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or burned
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Products reported after the 7-day return period
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
